Chicago Marathon Week one training

I will come out now and say sorry for all the post that will come out of this.  This is an effort for me to keep focused on the training plan for Chicago.  Many thanks to Amy Ryberg for making the plan.

I did add a beer mile on Saturday. So it should be 41.4 miles this week.  It was also really hot this week.  I hope my body will get used to the heat a little more. So the workout get a little more solid.  I guess it is on to week two.
