February 2011 summary

Well February as a great month for running for me.  I had two great races back to back and a 67 mile week.  This has been my highest training week since I ran in college.  Just that one week took a lot out of me, but I think I have bounced back well so far.
So for the numbers. I ran a total of 193.25 miles in 30 workouts with a total run time of 28 hours 17 minutes and  46 seconds. I think the running form is coming together slowly.  Running hills is helping me work on my knee lift.

My body feels great lets hope everything keeps moving well like this.

Forward motion is the only thing that matters never look back.
